Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

 

How to return an item to us:

  1. Email us at contact@cedrico.eu to let us know you wish to return your item. We must register your return before you send it.
  2. We will assist you with how to proceed with your return.

 

Using our return label costs:

Sweden: 135 SEK
Other EU countries: 10 EURO

The cost will be deducted when we refund your return.

Once the return has been received by our return facility and approved, we will process your refund promptly — please note it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

Conditions for an approved return

  • You are responsible for ensuring the item(s) are returned to us so that they arrive correctly — remember to contact us before sending.
  • You are responsible for sending the item to the correct return address.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, and all tags must be intact.
  • If you received a free gift with your purchase, such as a headband, this must also be returned for the return to be approved.
